Cancellation policy

If, contrary to expectations, the user is unable to fulfil the reservation, the user must inform the owner as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

• Free cancellation up to 1 week before the reservation date.
• For cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the stay, 50% of the agreed price will be charged. After that, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
• The start of your stay is 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
