House rules

Arrival and departure:

• Upon arrival you must first report to the owner.
• On the day of arrival you can check in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
• Deviations from the above times are only possible by arrangement.
• No refund will be given for early departure.

Breakfast:

• If you have booked breakfast service, it will be brought to your stay at an agreed time.

Stay:

• In order to respect the evening and night-time peace of the surrounding houses, noise pollution must be prevented, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• No parties may be celebrated/held.
• Radios and televisions should not disturb others.
• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in the B&B without the owner's permission.
• The B&B must be kept/left clean and tidy.
• Waste must be separated in the appropriate waste containers.
• Pets are not allowed in the B&B.
• Smoking is not permitted in the B&B.
• Private areas/gardens may not be entered.

In case of drug and/or excessive alcohol consumption by one or more users, the stay will be terminated immediately and without refund for all users. Your text
